Shannon Stephens, a top dad

May was Foster Family awareness month. The Region 11 foster parents features a very special gentleman. His name is Shannon Stephens and he was voted Foster parent of the year for region 11 in Turner County.

I have lived in Ashburn Georgia for the past 5 years. I moved to Ashburn to rebuild and run the Recreation Dept. for Turner County.
