B&H buys Sylvester Local

B&H Publishing Company LLC, which owns The Wiregrass Farmer, has acquired The Sylvester Local News.

Adding The Local News brings B&H to 5 newspapers, The Wiregrass, The Ocilla Star, The Adel News Tribune and La Informador, an online Spanish newspaper.

The Local News owner Teresa Hardin said the decision to pass the reins is the right one for Worth County and the newspaper.

Ms. Hardin will continue to be a part of The Local News.

“We are thankful Teresa trusts us to carry on the legacy of such a wonderful hometown newspaper,” said B&H’s co-owner Maria Hardman.
